You will be responsible for a customer from first contact as a lead and through the rest of their life cycle guiding them on the sales front and providing tier 1 support.
- At least 2 years of experience in a B2B Account Executive or Account Management role
- Proven ability to close & nurture clients
- Team player
- Ability to understand and convey technical terms (at a high level)
- Strong work ethic
- Fast learner
- Experience with HubSpot
- Experience in technical support
- Strong content writing skills
- Strong grasp of network infrastructure
